By accessing or using Project Rankup, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Project Rankup is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides keyword research, content generation, editorial calendar management, and content auditing. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Project Rankup. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated content, keywords, briefs, or other project data.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Project Rankup is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
